Modular building
With the help of new prefabricated factory automation, a large number of on-site high-altitude operations in the traditional building construction process were transferred to plane assembly operations, and 128 building components and accessories were processed in the factory within 3 days. In just 12 days, the workers used these components to build a 7-storey model building, and the construction period was reduced by 40% compared with the traditional steel structure method.
Modular integrated building means that the building is divided into three-dimensional space units. The decoration, plumbing, and electromechanical processes of each space unit are completed in the factory at one time. The construction site only needs to put each unit like a "building block". "As simple as assembling, the entire project can be completed.
As a residential building, toilet engineering is a difficult point. The toilets are all made in the factory like "parts", and then transported to the site for hoisting or assembly, and the toilets can be quickly assembled to a specific location in the building in only three or four hours.
Assembled-synthetic buildings move most of the on-site construction processes in the traditional construction industry to the factory. Like building a car, it adopts factory production, assembly construction, information management, and integrated decoration. Among them, 80% of the work is done in the factory, and only about 20% of the on-site processes are left, covering the main structure, fire protection, decoration, electromechanical, and intelligence.
In addition to greatly improving construction speed and solving construction problems such as bathrooms, the construction method of modular integrated buildings is also very consistent with the concept of green development. Pollution is also significantly reduced.
Due to the characteristics of disassembly and reuse, some specific emergency projects temporarily constructed using the modular integrated building model can be disassembled and transported to other places after the end of the service cycle, and assembled into new emergency facilities to avoid waste of building materials.
